By the number of questions Rotarians had for guest speaker Doug Robertson from the Dryden Camera Club you would think they all wanted to improve their photography skills.

Robertson provided an overview with a few choice slides about what the club is and what they do at their monthly meetings.

The regular pattern is to have a member make a presentation on some aspect of photography after which there will be discussions. Members will share their ideas and often will call each other and go on impromptu photo shoots.

In addition they have hosted “Basics of Photography” workshops, displayed their photography at the Museum, gone to Senior’s facilities and taken portraits of the residents, and held numerous outdoor and indoor photo shoots.

The Club meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Lutheran Church (back entrance).
