After 27 years and a number of ownership changes, the office closed and Pat was the last one to leave before the lights were turned off for the last time.

While there Rigey helped develop electronic board books so that board members could review documentation wherever they were in the world.

In 2006, Pat became involved with EPIC, a committee of the company which dealt with
charitable donations after ATCO stopped its involvement with the United Way.

Rigey retired little over a year ago and moved back to Dryden. She lives with her mother and assists with her care. Her recreational interests include hiking, curling, sewing, mahjong, and Rotary.
