It is with deep sadness that the Dryden Rotary Club learned of the passing of one of its most beloved members Roland  (Rolly) Swan on Monday afternoon, January 20, 2020.
The heart of every club is its members. As a result, each club has a unique personality that makes it different from other clubs. Some members by their talents and personality contribute an out sized influence to that uniqueness.  Rolly, as we affectionately knew him, was one of those people.

Roland was born on August 6, 1927 in France. In October of 2017, a member of the club videoed an interview with him as a tribute to his 90th birthday. It is shared here as a remembrance of “A Life Lived” to its fullest.
