The 70th Anniversary Celebration of the Rotary Club of Dryden is being held on Saturday, April 21st at The Centre in Dryden

Open House is being held from 1-3 p.m. We have Shelterbox Team Members Ron and Claire Noseworthy attending with a shelterbox tent and box set-up as well as will have booths showcasing Rotary Archives, Rotary Projects and upcoming Internet Auction items. Free of charge and open to the public.

70th Anniversary CakeDonations to Dryden Food Bank and Shelterbox greatly appreciated. Join us for the grand opening at 1:00 p.m. with a representative from the City of Dryden and our President Rena Madden and enjoy coffee and dainties.

Saturday night is a Dinner and Awards Banquet. We are honoured to have District Governor Eva and Charles Vida attending as well as Community Paul Harris awards will be presented that evening to Dr. Mark (Linda) Dahmer and Mr. Carl (Cathy) Bleich for their outstanding community efforts and volunteerism over the years. We have club Paul Harris Fellows to recognize, 20+ year memberships, The Dryden Rotary Club History Dialogue as well as a Shelterbox Presentation and Bingo Vendor Appreciations. Members from Kenora and Sioux Lookout Rotary Clubs also attending so come out and enjoy a great evening of visiting with past and fellow Rotarians in NW Ontario.
