Dryden’s Carly Brown has several connections to the Dryden Rotary Club. She operates Lokah Sangha Yoga, providing an original style yoga instruction in a facility next door to the Masala Restaurant where the club meets weekly.

In response to a question about aches and pains, Carly explained that yoga is also a holistic healing discipline that uses ancient science to heal ailments.

Each Saturday, Carly and her staff hold an upbeat “Community Karma Yoga” for all levels and ages where all proceeds collected go to a local charity. During the week Carly holds three classes a day and her schedule can be viewed on her website: http://www.lokahsanghayoga.com/

Carly was introduced by the club’s president Jack McMaster who was also her high school hockey coach.  Rotarian Jeannie McMaster was Carly's kindergarten teacher, not to mention her proud Rotarian grandfather Roland Swan.
