Canada Day was a busy day for Dryden Rotarians and a lucky day for three people who were the winners of our 2026 Lucky Duck Race.  

Club members assisted at the Legion's very popular pancake breakfast in the morning, and then Rotarians gathered at Cooper Park in the afternoon, in boats, kayaks and onshore, for the annual duck race. 

The three Lucky Duck Race winners were:

First place:  193 - Eddie Galeotafiore - $5,000.00
Second place: 1214 - Margaret Rybuck - $1,000.00
Third place: 383 - Karen Vandenbrand - $500.00

Another winner of the day was the Dryden Special Olympics, as funds raised help provide support to that organization.

A big thank you to everyone who supported the race, and to Carter Armstrong who joined our Canada Day event at the waterfront.
